Variant Concerned
Covidian Poem
The only variant of concern
The Media Variant:
- Turn the phone on
- Your eyes light up
- Spotlights for Covid
You see: Unvaccinated: Vaccinated Anti-Vaxxers: The problem with outdated perimeters: Neo desires for a classical division: Rigorous shadows: Passports for breakfast.
You say those deniers are watching youtube — “Youtube!!?” putting EVERYONE at risk/“shouldn’t they censor (sake) this?” — to stop their eyes from lighting up for the ones who don’t light up your search lights because the media has made you so capable with your listening skills that show how you think like their algorithms.
Your eyes won’t spot that.
Their’s will.
Instead, the Media Variant helps you to spot yourself at risk
so you don’t:
- worry about what is not fine to print.
- find da prints that trail to the answer of why its better to say the start of this is “you — not you, but them( vaccinated anti-vaxxers) — being racist” even though they(not vaccinated anti-vaxxers) — kinda rhymes with “find da”— started on the interest of gaining what makes the virus tic…tok.
- *see the fine — too fine to find — print.
You wonder where…
- So you turn your phone on.
- but, your eyes throw up
- and your smart locks, click
You don’t blink
The news feed says your vaccine wasn’t strong enough against the vaccinated anti-vaxxers who refused to get sick.
Media variant is quick
You click ok
Bed rest told as a text message on your phone says a new trial for the/this variant is on the way.
Here is your personal tracking number while you wait.
You scroll through the fine print.
It’s long.
You don’t care
You look around.
You blink.
Your eyes scroll over.
You know your passport is up to date.
So you can have breakfast tomorrow
with tea
from tap water at the kitchen sink.
